I received chronological hourly updates from the service advisor and I am extremely impressed.... They had all the history on my car and gave me extreme comfort in knowing that I bought it from them.... They went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction and work with my schedule, and even HELD a loaner for me, and when I was unable to make it at my set appointment time, they called me with genuine concern about my well being.... Asking me if I needed any other accommodations to help me.... I am just an average joe... Just a truck driver, but I was treated like I was Donald Trump..... Bought our first new BMW X1 from this dealership in December of 2018. Kevin Higgins gave us a nice deal on our 2018 trade in and put us in a new 2021 X1.
