I have done this many times before and don't tolerate BS, did not have that issue at all with JJ. The previous owner had forgotten to deliver the second key and from all accounts, even though he was within 2 hours, could care less about bringing or mailing the key. JJ even gave him the fedex label to send it. It took weeks but JJ stayed on him constantly and the key finally arrived. I value a salesman that doesn't forget you and move to the next deal before you have left the lot. I would definitely recommend JJ. More
