Great Experience There is nothing I dread more than getting haggle by car sales persons, so on my last visit to the Germain BMW I was hesitant to even make eye contact There is nothing I dread more than getting haggle by car sales persons, so on my last visit to the Germain BMW I was hesitant to even make eye contact with the JJ (John Joseph). but what a surprise he was amazing, he listen to what I was looking for, my questions without even pushing a sale. Once I saw the car he recommend based on my comments he was so knowledgeable about the car and all of its features. On previous experiences at other dealerships this has never been the case, usually they are just guessing the features and have not idea of how the things on the car work.
