We recently purchased a 2021 230i convertible. Max was our salesman, who proved to be very professional, personable & helpful. Your own BMW dealership network created problems that I have never encounter our salesman, who proved to be very professional, personable & helpful. Your own BMW dealership network created problems that I have never encountered before by listing a car as available at another dealership, but then refusing to deliver it to Germain, even though the deposit was paid. Max worked hard to resolve this. Our deposit was returned. He offered to "put us into a 2021". We accepted that offer. He demonstrated trust in that we did not need to put down a deposit. Overall, it was a rare positive experience, which is rare buying cars. When it is time to replace our other car, Max will our first visit. More
