Very good service. Roehl Gray did a good job of keeping me updated on the progress and even took me back to show me exactly what was being done. The work was d service. My only complaint is when I got half way home my tire pressure indicator came on indicating I need air in my tires...why did the service team not check the air pressure when they rotated the tires? It is very difficult to find a working air station in Naples. Race Track is the only one working. Besides, this should not be something I need to do when just leaving and having tires rotated. Air should be checked and filled to the standards by which to avoid the idiot light. More

BMW's TRADE IN VALUE Just a warning to anyone purchasing a BMW. We purchased a 2017 330i LOADED convertible with 13,000 miles in December of 2017. When this car was new Just a warning to anyone purchasing a BMW. We purchased a 2017 330i LOADED convertible with 13,000 miles in December of 2017. When this car was new last year it had a sticker price of $63,625. Since it was a program car, meaning it was driven by a BMW executive for the first 13,000 miles, we purchased it as the first owner with a full warranty for $44,620. We have put 3,000 miles on this car in 10 months since we purchased it. We were offered $26,000 from GERMAIN BMW for a trade-in. I guess my point is that BMW's no longer hold their value like they used to. I am posting this to let anyone who is reading this know that you should PLAN ON A BIG HIT when you trade. I have always been a BMW fan but this has definitely changed my thinking. My next car will be a LEXUS because at least they have a great trade in value. JUST SAYIN! More
