Then he had the sarcasm to tell me that people who do the job were not there that he needed to keep my car until the people can take care of my car. Therefore, I told him why do you need my car for two days? Of course, I was upset and told him NO you are not keeping my car and I asked him: tell me when I can come back? After, I said please see my dent and give me an estimate? His answer was we do not do this job so he just gave me just a card of another repair shop. What a nice welcome! More
