Buying our new X3 In buying our recent BMW X3, we had an excellent experience working with Client Representative Frank Angelillo. Although we had several months remaini In buying our recent BMW X3, we had an excellent experience working with Client Representative Frank Angelillo. Although we had several months remaining on our three-year lease, my wife wanted to see if she could move to the new car. When we decided to visit BMW, we expected to review the new model and determine a future time when we could lease the new car. Instead, we were surprised. Although we arrived early for our appointment, Frank was waiting at the front door to greet us. He had already reviewed our file; and based on our previous X3, he had a new X3 with a similar color scheme ready to test drive. When we returned, Frank worked to finding us our car. First, although our previous cars were lighter in color, this time my wife wanted a blue car with all of the key options. Fortunately, you had the inventory; and the car we wanted was available. Next, Frank worked on developing a deal that worked for us. On a positive note, we had an X3 in the third year of the lease with very low mileage. To our surprise he developed a deal that worked. It is important also to mention the support provided by Alicia Farman, Finance Manager, who handled all of the leasing documents. She was excellent. Also, Andrea provided an important introduction on how to use the technology. Rather than leaving with a plan for a future car, We drove away in our new car! PS This car is our third X3 from Germain.
