Parts for an E39 M5 don't just bounce around everywhere, but Mathew has simply been stellar, as have several other parts employees. I have driven her 7 series many tim After several years of debating which car to purchase, my employer finally convinced my to consider leasing a BMW. I have driven her 7 series many times, her husbands 5 series, and a good friends 3 series. She recommended me to Jim McGinn at Germain BMW, whom she has leased cars from for many years. After she made a quick phone call to Jim, he called me immediately to schedule an appointment to talk about leasing a new car. I was greeted immediately upon arrival at the dealership by Tracy Constantini, her smile lighting up the showroom! She offered beverages and snacks and entertained me while waiting for Jim. All I can say is Jim made the experience so easy (I have never leased before) that he now has another customer for life. Or until he retires. He followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying my new 3 series, called when my tag arrived, and visited with me while I waited in service for them to install the tag and wash my car. It is so great that they offer complimentary car washes (my car is white), and always have snacks and drinks while you wait. I arrived at 3pm on a Saturday to look at cars, and drove home 2-1/2 hours later with a new one. Many, many thanks to Jim, Tracy, and the entire staff at Germain BMW for creating such an awesome experience and great environment. More
