Chris Bryant I did not purchase a BMW but seriously considered it because of Chris. He was so thorough, professional, considerate, and friendly (not overly)that I just wanted to buy from him. Unfortunately, Mercedes/Benz of Naples gave me a price I could not ignore. I showed the quote to Chris who did everything he could to meet the price with his sales manager and general manager but just couldn't even get close so I bought the Benz. The service at M/B has been terrible. We leased the car two months ago and still have not received the paper work to get our plates in Indiana. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing there. I've commented to my husband that I regret not having had the opportunity to see this purchase through with Chris. He is a classy gentleman who made me want to work with him. When my lease is done in two years, I will definitely see if Chris can meet my needs for a new BMW. When I arrived to test drive the car I was interested in, I met Daron L From the beginning when making an inquiry by phone, the people were fantastic. When I arrived to test drive the car I was interested in, I met Daron Lynn. He was very professional and extremely helpful. After deciding to purchase the car, I then met Francesca to complete the paperwork. Again, professional,personable and overall very easy experience to deal with. I purchased a package (Xylon) but had to make arrangements for a later date to have the service completed. Daron made the situation very easy for me as I live an hour and a half north of Naples. We worked out a time to meet as I was traveling out of Fort Myers Airport. It saved me an extra trip and I was very grateful. I was even given a loaner to use until I returned.
