A "New" car buying experience After weeks of looking over the BMW web site I decided to get an online appointment for a test drive. Upon arriving at Germain BMW I was introduced to Larry and within minutes I was test driving new 3 series cars. Larry gave me as much information about each car that I wanted without inundating me with to much information. I was undecided which car I wanted so I went home to think about. Larry didn't pressure me to buy a car. It seemed more important to Larry that I found the car and options that I really liked. After deciding the color, options etc (Imperial blue, 328i) I called the dealership and Larry started scanning inventory lists and found my car at a port in SC. He arranged to have the car transferred to Naples and kept me informed every step of the way. Within days I picked up my new vehicle. Now the dreaded "deal making". Well this turned out to be a non event. My trade in was evaluated, the dealership offered me a fair price and the price of the new car was right inline with what people throughout the country were paying for the car. The beautiful array of sparkling BMW's was more than we could resist. We walked to a beautiful black convertible and were amazed by the low mileage. It was a blisteringly hot day as we saw our salesman Daron Lynn ,walk from across the street to greet us. He was a very easy to talk to young man who made us feel comfortable immediately. He was so polite and very knowledgeable . No high pressure,just an easy manor and good information. He called us later to thank us for our interest and encouraged us to really consider that very special car. Ultimately we negotiated an acceptable price and bought the car. Then Daron Lynn really impressed us. He truly gave us service after the sale! He even connected our Bluetooth and taught us how to use all the electronics. We were headed back north in three days so we were very grateful for his time and expertise. Our only negative was with the dealerships $699 "carrying charge". Not a valid charge and most disconcerting. More

A remarkable experience. I have never been to a BMS dealership that had the selection as Germain BMW of Naples. They have over 100 BMW's to choose from and that in itself is e I have never been to a BMS dealership that had the selection as Germain BMW of Naples. Starting withe the sales assistant, Tracy Constantini, I was impressed with the care and professionalism of all who I came in contact with. It's unusual to see a sales advisor in a tie, but it's extraordinary to see all of the advisors and mgrs. wearing coat and tie. Max Zuercher really knows how to make you feel at ease and there was no hype.. no pressure to purchase. You feel like a "king" when you're there. They take a very low key approach if you're in the market for a new or used car. I'm so used to high powered sales pitches the moment you walk in the show room. They have also have tremendous knowledge about their product and BMW now has a large selection to choose from. I closed on the deal within 24-hours and they scheduled the pick up and transport of the car to where I live nearly 1,500 miles away. Oh.. and if you finance it? Be sure to spend some time with their business mgr, Francesca. She could have been a stand up comedian. I never laughed so hard signing my life away. Germain has earned their reputation as one of the finest dealer groups in the U.S. This is my 4th car I've purchased from Germain, my first from Germain BMW of Naples. More

Purchase of Car Off of Lease I dealt with Mike in deciding what I was going to do with my car which was coming off of lease. X5 sDrive35i Wow, What a great vehicle with many technical options available. I ordered the driver assistance plus package along with other options. I enjoy the automatic slow down on the highway speed control when another vehicle ahead of you gets closer to you. Having the blind spot alerts when changing lanes is another great feature. Many other features on this vehicle too many to mention. Larry was very generous with his time explaining the features of the vehicle and offered more time to review any questions that I have about the features going forward. I find this dealership very responsive to any questions or service needed. More

Jim also was most helpful in providing a good orientation and tutorial for my wife and me regarding the various features of the new X5 when we recently took delivery. I also want to compliment Ken Burkart for his assistance with all the required paperwork at delivery. Ken was very organized and helpful in making this process go smoothly.
