This is the first luxury brand car i have purcha Germain BMW and Jim McGinn exceeded any possible expectation i had set for myself to experience. This is the first luxury brand car i have purchased... and its been a personal goal of mine that was set to be achieved by the time i turned 50... i am here to tell you... had i known what i know now... i would have worked harder to obtain this goal earlier... first off... the level of service, attention to detail, and overall exceptional customer experience can not be beat by these folks or Jim McGinn. Jim and the staff involved made me feel not only important, but treated me like family, never have i in all the years in buying autos had i experienced such a thing. Germain BMW can call me a customer for life. As for the car (428-i).. never have i ever experienced such a beautiful, well performing, handling, well oiled machine... the informant system alone is amazing... as is the responsiveness of the car... and overall handling.... sport and sport + mode is my favorite ( my 428 came with the M-sport package... and something i would HIGHLY recommend in ordering) The germans certainly know how to build a car... and for this reason alone... i could NEVER see myself going back to any other brand purchased before. I am forever ruined... and i don't mean that in a bad way.... do yourself a favor... go and see Jim McGinn and the folks down at Germain BMW.... and tell them i sent you... ;) Thank you Germain BMW... how did i ever live with out you folks....
