Gary was awesome! he worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. He spent a great deal of time with us and even though it was closing time he wasen't leaving until we were happy. We found the vehicle we were looking for on the internet at this dealership but was hesitate to drive over 120 miles to see the car because we had been disappointed with a local dealer misleading us. The salesman assured us the vehicle was pristine and the price we had agreed to over the phone would be honored. We were pleasantly surprised! They honored their deal over the phone, and was completely transparent in their dealing with us. They even filled up the vehicle with gas before we left the dealership. This dealership is run the way businesses use to be run. They treat their customers with respect, and integrity and their reputation are of the utmost importance to them. This dealership is highly recommended, we would drive across Florida again to buy another vehicle from them. More

Larry Oblinger lied about what they could sell my 2008 BMW 135i for and stated it could NOT be sold as Certified Pre-Owned. To my surprise, 4 days after the trade it was advertised on internet for them t BMW 135i for and stated it could NOT be sold as Certified Pre-Owned. To my surprise, 4 days after the trade it was advertised on internet for them to sell for $6,000 more than what they said they could and with the Certified Pre-Owned seal. I went into the dealership to inform Larry and Syed Madni of my findings and frustrations. I told them that I felt that they had lied to me and felt taken advantage of. They offered me an additional $1,000 for the trade. I will not be recommending BMW Naples to anyone. More

Than I was introduced to Jason my Saleman who was patient and incredibly helpful and moved my transaction along in a timely way so that I could complete the process and get to my Pilates Class on time.
