Excellent service with a most positive can do attitude. I drove in with a problem on Saturday and received help from the on site staff along with an appointment for the following Wednesday. In my recent purchase of a 2024 X5 in August of 2023, Germain BMW delivered a below average experience at the dealership. My overall impression is that business is too good for Germain BMW and this dealership is a disorganized operation that is poorly managed. Finance was not organized to have my rebate approved prior to closing on the purchase. They had the required document which I sent the day I ordered the car and then again 2 days before I picked the car up. The car had to have a repair related to Bluetooth before I could take delivery but the 1st time I went into take delivery my phone could not be paired with the car. It was very inconvenient to come to the dealership twice to pick up a new car but I was not going to take delivery until the car worked properly. Some of the sales process had a lot of car salesman flim flam. I did plenty of research prior to buying the vehicle (as I am sure many people do) so it is easy to recognize misrepresentations. When I was taking delivery of the car on my second trip to the dealer the client advisor did not really spend a lot of time reviewing the car. He paired the blue tooth, which he was not able to do before, ran through a few key items and then asked what else I would like to know. In my opinion his interest was to get me out of the door rather than execute a premium experience delivering an automobile. I was told the genius would be in touch within a few days to schedule a learning session but I have not heard from the Genius. My only positive experience was with Jeremy when my car had a problem on day 2 of ownership. He did an excellent job. I do love the car, but Germain needs to do more to deliver a premium experience at the dealership. More
