Our records indicate that your client advisor contacted you multiple times from Tuesday through Saturday trying to meet your pricing expectations on your trade as well as offering you the option to provide a partial payment to secure your vehicle of interest. Local Fla Buyer responded

Thank you for your response. That is not correct. Earlier in the week, I called Bob and he said he was with a client and would call me back - never did. I felt like I was chasing him. Be clear with me if my proposal is not acceptable. I sensed he was letting me hang out there pending a better offer. I finally reached out to Bob on Friday expressing a desire to purchase the vehicle. My expectation was that he was going to call on Saturday and agree to terms. He never did - any assertion otherwise is absolutely 100% false. I ultimately called and spoke with Steven Hill at 5 pm on Saturday to express a desire to purchase the vehicle who then informed me that the vehicle had sold. Obviously very disappointed. Water under the bridge at this point. For what its worth, if I was GM at a BMW dealership, I would sure require my sales professionals to be responsive to inquiries and clear in their communications.
