I've purchased a couple of vehicles from Germain BMW. In both instances the experience has been the same, great customer service from the sales department. Ted Cole, our sales advisor, was friendly, knowled both instances the experience has been the same, great customer service from the sales department. Ted Cole, our sales advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent during the entire transaction. Bob Davidson was caring, and committed to helping me sell the used car my husband owned, prior to his death. I called him from Chicago to ask if it would be possible to sell that convertible sports car, and the used car my husband owned, prior to his death.
