Thank you great service and personal empathy During the service appt. I was using a loner car. My 86 year led Mom, fell and I was unable to return the loaner car and pick up my car. When I called Rhoel to ask him if he wanted my husband to return the loaner Rhoel assured me there was no problem to return the loaner the next day. It was so nice to not only receive excellent mechanical service but, empathy for a personal situation. More
Hometown service We are new customers who took in 2 cars ( X5 and 535i ) for service. First Service Visit a Great One We brought one of our cars down to Florida from CT this past summer planning to leave it here year round. It was not scheduled for servicing before we left so I scheduled a service appointment at Germain BMW in Naples for January. We had t realized that our maintence contract had expired. Our service rep Jeremy told me it wasn't a problem! He took a quick look at the car's history and said it probably just needed an oil change. They did a thorough evaluation on the car and that was in fact all it needed resulting in a very low bill. I was given a very nice loaner car so the entire process was very easy! When we replace this car we are sure to replace it at Germain BMW of Naples. More

Awesome Repair Experience Our truck died a few miles from the dealer. We had it flat bedded to the dealer a few minutes before closing, Chuck Griffith made sure the repair and Our truck died a few miles from the dealer. I was lied to and poor service They have a new service manager. Beware! I have gone here the last 2 years for everything my bmw has needed from oil changes to any repairs or warrant They have a new service manager. Beware! I have gone here the last 2 years for everything my bmw has needed from oil changes to any repairs or warranty work. I've been very happy- until recently! I scheduled a routine oil change 1.5 hours before our dinner reservations. When I drove in, I was asked if I was getting a loaner and I said no, just here for an oil change. Then I was told it would be 1.5 hours. I explained that I had dinner reservations,and I asked if a loaner vehicle was available. I was told there weren't any. After 15 minutes of deciding whether I should cancel my reservation, I went and asked a second time if I could PLEASE have a loaner. The girl asked if u could have it back by 7 pm. I said yes. She had to get approval from the service writer. She then came back and said none were available. 10 minutes later, a loaner was returned. I looked at the girl....nothing. So we canceled our dinner reservation. Very unhappy with this lying and how I was treated. I will be driving further and going to ft myers for any future work. And I am due for a new vehicle next year - I will b buying at bmw in ft myers. (And at my last repair apt. I was told I badly needed back tires and my vehicle wasn't even safe to drive. Thank goodness o didn't have them put new tires on. My son is a tech for mercedes and he looked at my tires. He told me my tires were good for another 15,000 miles or so). More

Great Service @ Germain BMW It is rare that I take the time to comment on a positive experience I have had when dealing with car repairs. As a female who knows "nothing" about c It is rare that I take the time to comment on a positive experience I have had when dealing with car repairs. As a female who knows "nothing" about cars I have complete trust in Rhoel at Germain. I feel he is honest with me and never tries to sell me something I don't need. He explains in detail what the repairs are, what needs to be done immediately and what can be budgeted for a later date. I had an incident where a bucket of white paint fell off of a truck on I75 and splattered all over my black car! I drove to Germain and they had several employees " on it" immediately and got every drop of paint off. There has not ever been one visit or experience with Rhoel that I left feeling less than 100% satisfied. I have told many people that the service dept/Rhoel is enough to keep me at Germain. More
