My latest service at Germain was taken care by Sebastian Murzanski who first approached me while at the waiting area. My car broke down on a a Friday evening so I had it towed to the dealership and left there. I left a message for my service advisor Jeremy Bongle letting him know the car was there. The dealership was closed over the weekend, but by Monday at noon I was given a call and the car had been fixed (battery replaced ) and even given its next servicing since I was close to the time.
