Went in for oil change and battery replacement. Service person‘s name was Tona Zarrelli. Service was very pricey, and more than I expected, particularly for a battery. My only criticism is that I Service person‘s name was Tona Zarrelli. Service was very pricey, and more than I expected, particularly for a battery. My only criticism is that I specifically mentioned to Tona that I wanted the tire pressure on the vehicle checked, and she assured me that was part of the program. Two days later my low tire pressure Warning light came on. I checked for any punctures, and there were none so I went to a station and added air. Really no excuse not to be checking the tire pressure, particularly when the customer specifically ask them to do that. More
