My first visit to Germain BMW for service. It was easy to schedule the appointment online and there were a number of available days and times. My needs were simple, oil change and brake flui It was easy to schedule the appointment online and there were a number of available days and times. My needs were simple, oil change and brake fluid flush. The check in process was fast and they provided the service requested quickly. They recommended new tires which was no surprise and their quote was lower than Tire Rack my normal source. All in all a good experience with reasonable prices. More
