The only items our dealership charges for in advance of your service are parts that are not in stock (that must be specially ordered). 1. Your base (we have to order, don’t have in inventory) is flawed and assumes customer will default on commitment. Also It’s BMW inventory and as a result of poor profit center management on the part of BMW insulting to customers. 2. I paid in advance for invoices #859346 and 857728 and they included labor. 3. I feel obligated to tell you my perception as perception is reality
