Rhoel worked feverishly every step of the way to ensure my M5C was repaired and returned to me as soon as ‘humanly’ possible, despite the logistical nightmares that arose but understandably, are prevalent in todays’ world of uncertainties. Rhoel was knowledgeable and understanding of the parts and repairs process. He was attentive, communicative and PATIENT when listening to my questions and eventual frustration when uncontrollable events occurred during my ‘extended stay’ at Motel Germain.
