I recently brought me BMW for service. Charles Griffith my service agent was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, He took time to explain what had to be done in plain terms. Ger my service agent was outstanding. Cory Hespeler did a great job of recognizing that my car had been towed to the dealership on Sunday.
