He said he would find one for me, asked me to pick three possible colors, and called in two days with my second color choice. I picked my car up on Saturday and after talking with Clifton Elasivich, decided to go with one of the extra insurance plans. Jason Brinkman spoke to me when I made the decision to buy and again when I received delivery of the car. All three men were courteous and helpful. There were suggestions offered but no pressure. Love it, and used to own a BMW, Pugeot, and an Audi --- prefer the Honda Accord for style, comfort, amenities, reliability and ride. Second, customer treatment. Appreciate both Steve Theros and Nick Sneed in Service Department. They have consistently helped us solve problems, save money, and prevent problems with alert attention to detail. They always call to let me know the progress of maintenance/repairs and suggest all the alternatives, cause/effects to my satisfaction. They are friendly, professional and feel like "family" at this point in my long-term business with Howard Cooper Honda. Third, sales. I have been a consistent buyer over the years, and have each and every time been satisfied with the deal, and with the attention to any concerns I have had, whether timing of the purchase, questions on operation of vehicle, or, fair pricing. I do not like high pressure sales, and generally have felt respected in my deliberation/comparison shopping. More
