My certified pre owned car was supposed to come with the manuals but they were not in the glove box. I called Jheni and she said she would put them in the mail. She did send me a link to use for some of the functions of the car. I never received them. I texted her and she said they needed to reorder the manuals and she would get them to me. I finally ordered through Honda Owners and received my manuals 06/05/2020 but not cover package. I emailed Jheni to let her know I received manuals through Honda Owners. Just a little frustrating trying to learn a new car and technology More
