He kept constant contact and had the car ready for us upon arrival. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. We found a problem with the car, and they agreed to fix it with no question. Allowed us to take it to our mechanic for a couple of days. He found a problem with power steering and a couple of other things. They immediately scheduled it in for repair. Within 2 days the car was returned to me with everything working. Mike Perkins was great to work with and felt very comfortable with him handling our account. We would definitely deal with him again when in the car market! More

So many bad experiences I don’t even know where to start The fist experience I had was when my FCW wasn’t working. I was told that to test it I would have to drive into stopped vehicles and if it didn’t go o The fist experience I had was when my FCW wasn’t working. I was told that to test it I would have to drive into stopped vehicles and if it didn’t go off then it’s not working. Then my car had grease all over the interior when I’d pick it up, a pack of cigarettes were stolen, my radio is turned up LOUD to a station that I didn’t have. My seat warmers were on, the sunroof was open and more I was told my tires were cupped. I took the car to my mechanic and he said they aren’t Recently I bought the car in and was told the car was not recognizing the key. Again my mechanic said that is not correct. I was also told my extended warranty had a $200 copay and that is entirely incorrect!! I wouldn’t take my go cart to Germain for service!!! This dealership is well known for its horrible service department. More
