He puts customers at ease with his confidence, thoroughness, and efficiency. Whether I am shopping for a new car, getting my vehicle serviced, or coming to say Hi, Germain Honda of Dublin is like family and coming home. The people mentioned above and those who will be mentioned shortly are who I consider to be my Honda family. They are all kind, friendly, and above all honest. I never feel like I got ripped off or ignored. When I do run into someone, Jimmie for example, who is not accommodating or is upsetting to deal with, my Honda family quickly steps in and fixes or resolves the issue. LOVE coming here! My son will be driving in the next few years and we will be back when another vehicle is needed.
