You missed the first point. I believe the staff is so internally focused they have lost sight of customer needs. There is no excuse for anyone waiting (and being ignored) for 10-15 minutes while 8 people are staring at you and doing nothing to check you in. They were in fact doing something - - which tells me the priorities are wrong. Whatever happened to "customers are first". How can 8 people look at monitors for this amount of time and not help the only customer in the service bay???? Secondly, the large majority of your customers are smart enough to understand "45 minutes unless we have to (fill in the blank). I have bought cars and had services at this place before but it will the the last place i will go in the future! Marv Royalty And NO, I do not want any form of compensation from Germain Honda.
