Just bought a used Jeep from Germain Honda of Dublin, and during the sales process I noticed a small engine tick. Germain promised to let the tick be fixed IF we purchased the car first. I took it to a Jeep during the sales process I noticed a small engine tick. Germain promised to let the tick be fixed IF we purchased the car first. I took it to a Jeep dealership to get checked out, and they discovered $1,800 worth of immediate repairs. (Less than 48 hrs after purchase) They promised up and down to take care of us, but are now refusing repair or replacement. We have been let down at every turn. I have also since discovered that they knew about the issue before the car was sold, and declined to get it fixed. Sales manager was extremely rude and condescending when I called about the issue. The goal was obviously to pass along the repair to the next owner. Extremely disappointed in the dishonesty and sliminess shown. More
