I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle last week. AC does not work. Remote start does not work. I brought it back in. Service said the fixed the issue. Took vehicle home still issue. You would thing certified pre-owned means they check the vehicle out before I left the lot I would like to update my review as follows: I brought the vehicle back in and the salesperson was able to get the vehicle in for service to correct the issues. I will say that we often are quick to blame and hardly ever praise. I do appreciate the vehicle being serviced correctly. I am now satisfied with the service and glad that Germain stood behind their product. I would recommend Germain in the future. Paul More

Took my Honda Accord to Germain to be serviced. Since I dropped my car off the night before - did not get to meet Ryan Kennedy, but Ryan did call me the next day to let me know what was done and that my ca dropped my car off the night before - did not get to meet Ryan Kennedy, but Ryan did call me the next day to let me know what was done and that my car was ready to be picked up. Ryan was very professional on the call, was able to answer any questions I had, felt very comfortable having Ryan work on my car - hopefully will get him again the next time I have my car serviced.
