Took my Honda Accord to Germain to be serviced. Since I dropped my car off the night before - did not get to meet Ryan Kennedy, but Ryan did call me the next day to let me know what was done and that my ca dropped my car off the night before - did not get to meet Ryan Kennedy, but Ryan did call me the next day to let me know what was done and that my car was ready to be picked up. Ryan was very professional on the call, was able to answer any questions I had, felt very comfortable having Ryan work on my car - hopefully will get him again the next time I have my car serviced. Ryan Kennedy kindly assisted me with my service appointment for our Honda Civic on Monday morning, October 26, 2020. He said it would be filled and made a note to have the fluid level checked and filled. Ryan directed me to the lounge and told me when to expect our car’s service to be completed. When that time came, Ryan came into the lounge to let me know that our car was ready and waiting for me. The opportunity to buy my car with Germain was good. I think what held me back from giving 5 stars was in buying a used car that was not a Honda. Took my vehicle in for oil change for a 630am appointment. During the appointment, Chris Robinson met with me to go over some options for additional work for my vehicle. As much as I wanted to have him do all the work, I told him to only do the filter changes so I could leave by 8am as I had other errands to run. True to his word, he got those additional filter changes done and I was out the door at 8am to do other things.
