Jenn goes out of her way also to make sure any oil changes , tire rotations and or service repairs that need done are an easy experience. A shout out also to all the service staff and the body shop staff . Those whose names I do not know but who have assisted me thru the years with regular maintenance , tire repairs and accident repairs done in an easy and timely manner. Today I had to take my wife’s car for service, I am a loyal costumer to germain Honda at the Dublin, since I got my first car there a civic in 2017, civic 2021, after our pilot in 2021 and crv and pilot loyal costumer to germain Honda at the Dublin, since I got my first car there a civic in 2017, civic 2021, after our pilot in 2021 and crv and pilot 2024 , just to say that I really like this dealer and its services. BUT TODAY WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER , the guy at the service department was rude he didn’t even introduce himself, and with contemptuous tone he said “ this your last free service “ , sorry first it’s not free , I paid for it when I leased the car , second explain what do you mean and what are modalities , and for the cherry on top, he asked me are you waiting for the car, I said yes. Usually they come to the waiting room and tell us that the car is ready, as I saw all the agents doing while I was sitting in the room, but he didn’t and he called me on the phone and with a really rude tone, “your car is ready “ that’s it . Honestly I was really frustrated and disappointed, I don’t know why but this service was really bad. More

Today was my 1st appointment for oil change and to fix a recall since I purchased my Honda. I purchased in Lancaster and that is not convenient so I was worried since never owned anything but GMC and Chevy recall since I purchased my Honda. I purchased in Lancaster and that is not convenient so I was worried since never owned anything but GMC and Chevy so not familiar with dealers and service. They waved me in told me where to park, put keys and welcomed me at 6am with smiles. Everything was so smooth Kevin Withers was who helped answer all my questions to making sure he covered everything with me. All the staff was amazing and polite, even the lady cleaning and getting coffee ready in waiting area. It was so convenient to arrive at 6am get all done and make it to work in time. I was given the option to take a shuttle if the recall took too long but that was not even necessary. I hope every service needed goes this smooth. Thank you all!!! They even washed it for me 🥰 More

I have 2 Honda vans & have worked with this dealership for decades. I always want to work with Kevin Withers in service. He gives great advice, has an extremely pleasant attitude & makes it a pleasure rat for decades. I always want to work with Kevin Withers in service.
