Not even close to the anticipated Excellent Service I called Germain Honda the day before to schedule the mounting of 4 new PAX tires for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I was told that the work had to be done b I called Germain Honda the day before to schedule the mounting of 4 new PAX tires for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I was told that the work had to be done by a certified technician and to allow two hours for the installation (20-25 Minutes per tire). The appointment was for 11:00 AM I was there a few minutes early, and I was told that the it would be a little over two hours, so I decided to wait. After waiting two hours and 20 minutes I asked on the status and was told that they were working on the last tire. I returned 35 minutes later and was told that the car was just being finished up and if I waited 10 more minutes they would give a complimentary wash. An additional 40 minutes went by, I requested to have my car brought back washed or not. Bottom line ...over 3 1/2 hours later with the failure of the staff to communicate and not being truthful, has caused Germain Honda to lose a client. Unfortunately, Germain Lexus in North Naples lost me as a client for the similar experience. I would not recommend Germain to anyone. More
Karen Attewell in the sales dept. I would rate Karen Attewell at the top of the scale. I leased a car at Germain Honda in 2015 and have had all of my Hondas serviced at Germain Honda. I would rate Karen Attewell at the top of the scale. I leased a car at Germain Honda in 2015 and have had all of my Hondas serviced at Germain Honda. I needed particular help from Karen yesterday. My California daughter, 58, and I wanted her to tell us a lot about the HRV. Karen allowed my daughter to take an HRV for a drive near the dealership. Karen rode in the passenger seat next to Lisa. Karen had told us a lot about the HRV before our short drive. She answered ALL of our questions in a very professional way and was very cordial also. We trusted her 100%! It is obvious that she knows this fairly new model well. We were most appreciative of her knowledge and her willingness to spend some time with us. I assured her of how grateful we were. I will always buy my Hondas from Karen or lease them. My lease of my Honda Accord will be up in November of 2017 and I will make an appointment in September to prepare for my next acquisition. I will sing her praised far and wide here in Naples, FL. More

I can not say enough about Karen Attewell who is very professional, very knowledgeable and puts the customer first. She is not just interested in "closing the deal" - she makes the customer feel like "family". She wants you to be happy with your purchase and she takes her job very seriously. The last time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership was approximately 2 weeks ago. There was a small issues that was addressed by one of the sales managers by the name of James Long. Mr. Long was a true professional and was only interested in making the "customer satisfied". Mr. Long was a gentleman and a man of his word. The minor issue was fixed to my satisfaction. In my opinion, they are not your everyday car dealership, Mr. Long and Ms. Attewell know what the true meaning of customer satisfaction really means. They are a true asset to Germain Honda. Thank you Germain Honda once again for an outstanding experience when purchasing a car - keep up the good work. More

Recently, Tyler Smith has been my service advisor for a number of repairs/routine maintenance work on my Honda Pilot. He is extremely attentive, always courteous, and takes the time to explain thoroughly the work that needs to be completed along with the cost. He showed me all I need to know and called me a few days later to ask how things were going Ray Alce the financial manager pays close attention to details and explains the warranties with no hidden fees and any questions you have.He's up front and honest. It was late when I was there getting my car and the service was like being there at 10 am ( after coffee and we are awake). Great service and I'm enjoying my car More
