He also brought to my attention a resolution for the stickiness issue that I have been having for the past several years with some of the interior areas and panels of my Lexus LS460. He told me that Lexus will be replacing these sticky areas and panels at no charge. Kudos to Lexus and Germain Lexus of Naples for stepping up and standing behind their quality brand. More
