No one better than John McCloskey It has been my pleasure to have John as my service consultant for the past 8 years. He is exceptionally knowledgeable. I trust him inplicitly. On this most recent visit, I went I for a routine 40,000 mile checkup and service found two warranty items that needed to be addressed. My car was ready exactly when John said it would be. To me, John is the "face" of Gernain Lexus. Management is fortunate to have John as an employe, in my opinion. More
Super Service I came to the dealership with a problem! My break calipers were failing and I had guests in town so needed transportation. Despite requiring unscheduled service, Beverly Coppola made me feel very welcome and did an outstanding job of solving my problem. Recommended 35,000 mile service I deal with Carrie Lorenz and she always does a wonderful job of setting up the proper services. Never pushy or selling un-needed items. In fact, they changed the battery for me under warranty as they tested it and it failed the test. I appreciate the preventive nature of this so I'm not stuck on the road somewhere.
