Great Service, Great Turnaround Was able to get a service appointment on the same day for an unexpected problem. John McCloskey, my forever service rep, had the problem diagnosed wit Was able to get a service appointment on the same day for an unexpected problem. John McCloskey, my forever service rep, had the problem diagnosed within 30 minutes, and sent me off with a loaner (even nicer than my auto). He estimated my car would be tied up for two days, and he was spot on. Two days later I had my car back, as good as new. More than "pleasantly surprised" ! I was blown away by the experience! Everyone I had contact with was polite , friendly and more importantly....competent ! I was very surprised by the short wait when I first arrived. I had a gentleman at my car within seconds of parking. He directed me towards the waiting area where I had a just a few sips of a good cup of coffee . it wasn't 2 minutes before my service rep, Beverly Coppola, greeted me and directed me to her office where it took no time at all to gather the info she needed . Ms. Coppola was very polite and professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. She took me to my "loaner" and I was out the door in no time. I was so IMPRESSED that within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, I called and asked to speak to the manager of the service department. A gentleman identified himself as Shawn (Sean?) and I explained I was calling to COMPLIMENT Ms. COPPOLA on her skills. I believe in complaining if service is bad and even more so, I think EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE should be noted...and I did just that. I even went so far as to say..."If I were still in business, I would have done my best to hire her away from you! I applaud her for the service and attitude she provided for me yesterday! By the Way......I do not know nor have I ever met any of your staff before! (I wrote that last comment before I saw the disclaimer at the bottom of this page!) Regards, K Kristian More

Buying a new car long distance. I was unhappy trying to buy a second LS460 from my local Lexus dealer on Long Island. Since I had my previous Lexus serviced by Germain in Naples over I was unhappy trying to buy a second LS460 from my local Lexus dealer on Long Island. Since I had my previous Lexus serviced by Germain in Naples over the years while visiting Naples, I called Germain, was transferred to Chuck Koenig, a sales rep. I described what I was looking for and ordered the new car long distance. When I arrived in Naples, I saw Chuck and completed the purchase. Not only did the transaction go smoothly, Chuck and everyone else in the dealership was extremely friendly. I would not hesitate recommending Germain Lexus to anyone contemplating a Lexus purchase. As an aside, I owned three Mercedes before purchasing the Lexus I traded in for my new one. I consider a Lexus heads and shoulders better than a Mercedes! More

What a great overall experience New RC 350 F Sport. Love it. But what I really appreciate is the dealer experience. And then my first service experience was a special wiring for an electronic device as I requested at purchase. It took much longer than had been anticipated but the process was completed perfectly and with a smile from all concerned. Thanks Shawn More
