Very Satisfied Marie and I spent some time looking at 11 different 2014 automobiles. Last stop was at Germain Lexus. Fred Webley showed us the Lexus ES 350 and we test drove it twice. There was no sales pressure at all. We decided to lease a new Lexus ES 350 and Trish Cano was very helpful in that respect. We also spend some time with Dave Camposano (a former Watertown, MA guy) - who explained how the Germain Lexus dealership functions and how the dealership stands behind its vehicle sales. After we leased the vehicle, Fred Webley (our main contact) spent a lot of time bringing us up to speed on all the electronic and safety features in the vehicle and could not have been more helpful to us. Fred even suggested a few XM Satellite radio stations to lock onto which we did and continue to enjoy. Great Experience and hope to have an on-going relationship with Fred and Germain Lexus. More
