Best Car Buying Experinece Ever My wife and I have bought many cars over the years. But our recent experience at Germain Lexus was the first one where we left totally happy. Happy because our salesman Wayne spent time getting to know us and found us a care that really excited us to buy. But it did not stop there. Usually, we dreaded closing the deal, stealing ourselves to fight off unwanted pitches for options we did not need or want and often finding undisclosed costs show up at the very end. Our experience was different this time. Knowing that I was a financial planner and that we had done our homework before shppping, Wayne introduced us to Michael. We talked in a straight forward manner and Micheal learned about our driving habits and how we cared for a car. Michael was very knowledgeable and walked us through our options in a clear manner. When options came us, he was able to advise us on which ones actually would benefit us. We could not have asked for a better experience and so we hihgly recommend Germain Lexus and Wayne and Michael. Fred Webley was the p We went to Germaine after searching on both the east and west coast of southern Florida for a low mileage certified 2013 Lexus. Fred Webley was the person who convinced us that our 600 plus mile search had been for naught! After driving three different ES 350 cars we found the one we liked...but then the negotiations on details were ahead before the purchase. Unlike other experiences, these negotiation were not composed of a series of "veiled threats" about "you'll never find another....". They were fair discussions and done in a light hearted manner. (I have walked out of many agencies that pressure me when making deals.). We agreed on a price after several minutes of discussion and shook hands to firm up the agreement. But i was even more satisfied when I called Fred the next day to inform him that I had missed seeing a scratch on the hood when I was checking the car the previous night and he said bring it in that morning. Fred brought the car to the body shop, we sat and read the paper and 20 minutes later he came to tell us we were all set. Scratch was cleared and we were off. This was by far the most professional, friendly and thorough dealer service I have experienced in my car ownership years. We look forward to a long relationship with Fred and this dealership. More
