The reason for not giving a perfect score was due to the amount of time it took to do the cash deal. The people couldn't have been nicer and I would like to be a repeat customer, but I repeat the time it t amount of time it took to do the cash deal. Made appointment with Paul Green after he reviewed past history for my car. He scheduled maintenance for all that was required and not for any other add-ons which I appreciated.
