Both Mike and Roger were very courteous and helpful, explaining the features of the car and answering our questions and were willing to work with us on a price. The one thing I would change from this particular visit was the time I waited between dropping the car and meeting with a service manager. 20 minutes is too long to wait before someone acknowledges your e was the time I waited between dropping the car and meeting with a service manager. 20 minutes is too long to wait before someone acknowledges your existence. I truly miss my service group from North Hills Lexus in Pittsburgh. They would not have allowed someone to wait this long. Having said that, it was a much better experience than my last when I came in with a flat tire and it took 5 days to get a set of new tires. More
