I want to say that Germain Lexus did a great job in all aspects of our purchase for my wife. Frank smith was a great sales person and informed us of every detail we needed to know as well as made us feel a aspects of our purchase for my wife. He always would introduce us to the general manager and the finance guy. Frank then sat with us and went through all the setting with us to show us how the car worked and to customize all the setting to my wife's liking. He also came to our home to fix a issue we had with the DVD player and the garage button not working. Everyone at Germain lexus made us feel at home and treated us with respect. My experience today with Germain Lexus was fabulous. We met David Campasano and he finished the numbers which we were thrilled with.David is super and nice to do business with. I've owned new and used Lexus's since 1992, they sell themselves. We are new to the area and I wanted to stop in to check out an oil change for my current sc430. While looking at the current stock, Michael Skidd was out there within seconds with a great big smile welcoming us to the dealership and introducing himself. I told him upfront that I'm not purchasing, just looking today and he was fine with that. We talked about my experience with all my past lexus and how I love them. I saw a beautiful gs300 and asked him a few question which he answered with ease and told me more about the newer technology, which is something I had been thinking about as my car was getting older. Bottom line I purchased the GS and traded my SC in. Michael worked with me so professionally with no pressure and made me an unbelievable offer for my old car and a great offer on the new car. He also made the sale fun, we laughed a lot. Germain Lexus is extremely lucky to have this personable, bright and honest young man as a part of their team. It's hard to believe he's only been selling for Germain for a few month. He will go far. Michael Lawson is also a real asset to this dealership as he make the closing and the financial end a breeze. Quality of Work (n/a): since we did not have any work done this question is not applicable. Friendliness (5): our salesman, Joe Caso was friendly and personable from the outset and made us feel at ease in looking for a new car. In our test drive of the RX350 he spent a lot of time to go over every feature of the car and when we came to pick up the new car he linked out cell phones to the Blue Tooth system in the car. He also programmed stations for our radio both FM and SAT. The next day he came to our home and linked our garage door remote to the car and even linked our other garage door remote to our other car. Overall Experience (5): in addition to the above, the other employees at the dealership; i.e., the finance manager, the general manager and others were friendly and very receptive. The cleanliness of the dealership was impeccable from showroom to the restrooms and snack area. We felt that Germain Lexus was a class act and probably the best that we have experienced in the many years of purchasing or leasing a car. Price (5): we feel that we received a great deal on the RX350. We have a relative who can obtain a GM employee discount for us if we were to purchase a GM car. We had negotiated a deal on a 2010 Cadillac SRX but the monthly payment on the Lexus was less than the payment on the SRX even with the GM discount so overall we received a better price on a better car. More
