I have a 2007 Lexus rx350 and leased it new then purchased at the end of the lease. I love that vehicle. After 4 years I noticed that the dashboard was cracking. Then about a year ago it started purchased at the end of the lease. I love that vehicle. After 4 years I noticed that the dashboard was cracking. Then about a year ago it started flaking off. I had to put tent patches on it to stop the flow. In all my years of owning cars, I have never seen something like this happen. I live in Florida and do not leave my car out in the elements, so I was surprised that this happened. When my dashboard was being replaced and am aware that another customer was having their dashboard replaced also. Is there a problem that customers should be aware of. Or did we just get defective parts. I'm thankful that Lexus shared the cost of the replacement, but I'm not sure if this part should have had a limited warranty. Thank you for your time. More

We had decided to buy a 350, but after we were in the showroom, we could not resist the ISF sport. Fred was flexible and redirected his efforts to making us happy with our new choice. I have been dealing with Sean for years now. Buying a car thru him was so easy. No stress at all, not like with other dealerships. The day of pick up was just as good/easy. When most people make the decision to visit a car dealership for service or to look for a new car, they get very cautious, skeptical, and nervous about how the experience might go. This is not the ca dealership for service or to look for a new car, they get very cautious, skeptical, and nervous about how the experience might go. This is not the case at Lexus in Naples. Let me tell you about my experience here. I bought a used Lexus RX300 in 2010 (after having a terrible accident and going through bankruptcy) from Lu Gani, who made me feel like I was buying an $80,000 car. he made me feel important. Since then he has stayed in touch with me through both calls and emails, making sure I am happy, and my car is running smoothly. Lu understands having a "customer for life." Each time he reached out to me he said, "Call me anytime you need something." So when the time came for my Lexus to have some major service, I called Lu and not only did he make the initial contact for me with the service manager, Shawn, he also made sure I had a loaner car, and gave Dave McKinney, Service Consultant, a brief introduction of my situation, and was there when I came for my service appointment. Lu was there to greet me and spend a few minutes with me catching up, making sure I had something to drink and I was comfortable. The key thing I want to communicate is this: They made it easy for me to do business with them......and they made me feel like royalty in doing so! What I found is at this dealership they don't care what you spend...it is truly all about customer service, doing the right thing, and treating people with respect and honesty. The princess treatment continued when I met with Dave McKinney. I truly felt like I was his only customer. He took care of me as if we had been life-long friends! He understood my situation, was very empathetic, listened to me, and made recommendations on the somewhat overwhelming list of work I should get completed! Again, Dave understands "customer for life". He made me feel confident, gave me peace of mind I was doing the right thing, and gave me the royal treatment - one example was by allowing me the privilege of driving an amazing Lexus LS loaner car. WOW what an experience. He trusted me to take care of it and that was a good feeling. I truly enjoyed being there! As a result of working with these 2 guys, I was confident I was in the right place, making the right decisions - it was almost hard to leave! During the follow up when I picked up my car, Dave explained everything to me and made sure I was completely comfortable and confident. He made it easy for me to spend $1600 which is a lot of money for a single gal on her own, who just bought a house! :-) He really reinforced to me I was doing the right thing in every conversation. His way of communicating makes you feel calm, and confident you are in the right place - and reinforces you are doing the right thing. Dave and Lu both are awesome and I am just so pleased and amazed at how well I was treated! It makes me want to come back again and again and tell EVERYONE about my experience! Which I already have. Professionals and businesses could learn a tremendous amount about customer service from folks like Lu and Dave! They get it! And how refreshing is that....I look forward to my next visit! I feel like I have friends there watching out for me. Thank you Dave and Lu!! PS Did I mention I drove form Cape Coral simply because of the service? More
