As a person who was hesitant to purchase a new car with ‘ all the bells and whistles,’ Isaac thankfully had the extensive knowledge and patient demeanor to set my mind at ease. He helped me realize that the new technology was nothing to fear, but rather to embrace all it could do to make my driving experience smoother and better in every way. Isaac encouraged me to take the new car I was considering for a short spin, and he went along to answer every question I sent his way. That was all it took. Once I was so comfortable driving it, I wanted to purchase it. When we returned to the dealership after the test drive, Isaac introduced us to the entire team. It was evident that they all had high regard for one another. We spoke to someone who explained finances, and someone who let us know that our business was important to Germaine of Lexus and the team, and someone who would answer every detail regarding the technology in the vehicle, and of course, the benefits of outstanding service all along the way. Isaac offered to personally deliver our new car when I expressed reservations in driving it home that day.
