Car buying is not one of my favorite things to do, but Fred made it an overall pleasant & smooth experience. He was attentive to our needs and fair in the bargaining process. He also was very good at followup to make sure we were happy and everything about the deal was to our satisfaction. We had a bit of a wait as the dealership prepared our car for taking home, but the amenities of Germain's waiting area with self-serve drinks & snacks was excellent. They spent a lot of time training me on all the features on this vehicle and my sessions with Paul were really informative.
