I had a great experience in my 2 visits. I felt no pressure while I made my decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, I was out the door in two hours which for me is a record time. I love going to Germain Mazda West that's where I purchase my first Mazda with that being said I took my car in to be serviced oil change tire rotation you know things that you supposed to do and I l purchase my first Mazda with that being said I took my car in to be serviced oil change tire rotation you know things that you supposed to do and I love the staff there they're very kind friendly and very respectful I love talking to everyone there. They made be feel very welcoming and very comfortable. I love for the fact that they leave you a video of everything that is being done on your car and show you want needs to be replaced or to let you know that the next time you come in make sure you have this service done, and they also wash your vehicle and always leave a cute little gift box with candy inside saying thank you for letting us service your vehicle 😉 I just want to give a shout out to the service department I always like coming there and talking to everyone you always make me feel like I'm part of the Mazda family !!!
