I had a great experience in my 2 visits. I felt no pressure while I made my decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, I was out the door in two hours which for me is a record time. The team went above and beyond ro make this an easy, pleasant experience. I've learned this is the case at Germain Lexus and Toyota dealerships but I was pleasantly surprised to have the same e percent pleasant experience. I worked with Philip back in October 2024 on a deal for a used CX-5. He worked diligently to make the deal happen, even staying after the dealership had closed.
