My experience with Germain Mazda West was a very excellent experience. They took care of me from the first moment I walked in the door until the moment I left and are still taking care of me. I had a great experience in my 2 visits. I felt no pressure while I made my decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, I was out the door in two hours which for me is a record time. The team went above and beyond ro make this an easy, pleasant experience. I've learned this is the case at Germain Lexus and Toyota dealerships but I was pleasantly surprised to have the same e percent pleasant experience.
