I also had a problem with Brian Delcid, a business manager, who made a very rude comment that even my sales rep found inappropriate. I wrote a letter to the General Manager (Marcello) right after it happened, and I have still not heard back about my credit pull, which was done without my permission, or about Brian's behavior. This was over a month ago. Now I'm forced to take action to protect my rights against unfair practices. This dealership has gone downhill! I can't help but think what Steve & Rick Germain would say if they were still more involved. More
