Trying times for all right now. Just keep in mind to keep loaner/rental cars clean before you give them to customers. Most people don’t care but some don’t want to get out of a clean vehicle into a dirty/mes loaner/rental cars clean before you give them to customers. Most people don’t care but some don’t want to get out of a clean vehicle into a dirty/messy loaner car. The little things matter to me personally. This is the 2nd time with a cleanliness issue with this service department. Once with my personal vehicle, once with a loaner vehicle..Take more measures to fix this please. This is my personal opinion though. Also, service and all people seem accommodating. Just missing this step somehow.. More

He truly showed us an idol example of how to get things done right and with an ease, especially for an out-of-state purchase during this difficult time of convid-19 pandemic. He listened to what I needed, requested and how I would like to get the procedure done. He’s prompt, timely and accurate with information and took initiative to look things over without even being in the dealership to purchase an used BMW. Asher from finance also made huge accommodation to get the paperwork handled seamlessly with no hassle. They even offered to deliver the vehicle since it’s an plug-in hybrid and I was worried about the range to drive it back. My BMW was DELIVERED to my doorstep earlier today, that’s right, from Columbus OH to Pittsburgh! Great personnel made dream teamwork! Definitely an awesome experience. Definitely recommended! More

I went to your company oil change yesterday morning. Joe Mathias made me very uncomfortable because he didn’t keep social distance with other customers but me(the only Asian there). However,he told me that he couldn’t talk to me in person because he needs to keep the social distance. He did not discussion or explain anything with me right before I picked my car. Only thing that he He told me “Every thing is ok and just need to pay then go.” I was very sad and can’t believe it when I went home and found out the report of Toyota showed that my car's engine cooling is leaking and timing chain tension o-ring leaking. I went back to your company and show the staff that the problem of the report.I told him that I am the loyal customer and I work as registered nurse at the hospital for 5 years. I never be treated the way he did to me. I told Joe that I just want to have a safe vehicle to drive to work and home. In the end, my car was fixed next day. But, I don’t want to Joe service me in the future, thank you. More
We work with Gary romaine who was a great salesman, blew my expectations away with an upgrade from a 2011 to a 2020 with no miles" brand new". The place was very clean and sanitized in this time of despair. The staff was friendly and very patient with us. We were rocky on the new buy and had low expectations on finding a car we liked. Gary was a great sales rep and was very patient and caring with us throughout the buy. We were almost at the end when Gary threw a hail Mary for the win with a deal we couldn't refuse. Great job Gary and thank you. We appreciate your time and your care. More
