This actually was the worst experience of buy a vehicle. I did the deal on a Saturday, they were suppose to do the spray in bed liner on Monday, it wasn’t done. I called my sales lady on Tuesday morning aro I did the deal on a Saturday, they were suppose to do the spray in bed liner on Monday, it wasn’t done. I called my sales lady on Tuesday morning around 11:30 and couldn’t reach her. I had to call the new car sales manager and he got ahold of her and she called me.She said it was in the body shop, let me go check on it and I will call you back. She called back, and said it is done but needs to dry. I said okay and I will be there in the morning on Wednesday around 9am to pick it up. I get there and I was told I had to go over to the other building to pay for the extra set of keys that they got made because the truck only had one key. I also had to get my temp tag sign two forms and then the guy told me I had to go back over to the used car sales to get my tag put on my truck. My truck wasn’t detailed or anything and I understand with being short staffed it not being completely detailed but it wasn’t washed or the doors wiped out or anything. And they didn’t even offer for me to bring it back after everything settles down with the crisis that is going on. They when I get home I found the screws that held my temp tag on that the holes were stripped out so I am lucky I didn’t lose my tag going down the highway. I will never buy from this dealership again. You would think that know someone is coming to pick up the vehicle that the tag would at least be on it instead of having to waste another hour and half. More

It may not be the fault of Germain, but the service issues I came in for were not resolved. My car still often stutters when driving distances on the highway, my gas milage is not anywhere near the car issues I came in for were not resolved. My car still often stutters when driving distances on the highway, my gas milage is not anywhere near the cars estimated gas milage, and I am still unable to fill my gas tank fully. When I called Toyota, I was told that my gas tank would be replaced by service department and that this issue is known. This did not happen and I wasted a trip and time out of my work day. My car was also not washed after my visit, as expected (though this may be due to covid). I regret buying a new Toyota if this is the way my car issues will be treated. More
