After picking up my car it started making ALOT of noise the more I drove down Brice road. Grant, previously NO rattling, bumping or anything was happening! I've had my oil & filter changed MANY of time from Chicago to Columbus, now ironically all these bells, whistles, and noises started going off and happening the moment I picked it up!!! The guys in service claimed they didn't do anything and refuse to fix whatever they DID to cause this noisy problem because that would be admitting! So they all played dumb and naive! Yet, they had the audacity to request I bring my car back if ever want my brakes done! Ha! I then stopped at the grocery store on my way home, when I opened the trunk to put the bags in ALL of my things was pulled out a box that I keep in there to prevent stuff from shifting around, the jumper cables was half opened, other items was moved around and repositioned! It was obvious the service team rambled all through my car! I'm not sure what they was looking for but a fool would leave anything of value in the trunk of a 2006 Corolla! Seriously, Smh! I am highly pissed off, angry, and honestly would like to result to other measures, but I'm trying to seek other options! So if you can point me to the right person there whom I can contact, file a report regarding this experience and to get my car back to the way it was I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you. More

Work was done quickly, but would have been a plus to get a carwash. Took vehicle in for 20,000 mile maintenance. Was quoted an hour but the car was done in 30 minutes. When I first got this car, anytime I took it in, they did a courtesy wash. I had a bad experience too with finance . They pushed me to buy a extended warranty and told I can cancel later if I change my mind . After 6 months when I went for my first service he took another signature for the paper work . He told me he will take care from August . After One week when I tried to reach him to follow up he never answered my calls and voice message is always full . Every week 3 times I tried to reach out front desk and they took message and says he will give a call by end of the day. No call back at all . They don’t care customers once it’s done with the paper work . When I went in person today the finance ( Luke East wood ) told me to wait one hour at reception. After one hour another finance guy came by saying luke is no more with that department . He is in charge of that office .i know he is lying . Then I requested I wanted to speak with Luke before leaving . Finally he came after one hour and started saying I submitted my paper work in Jan so it’s effective cancellation from that day . He is denying by saying I submitted in August . He submitted my paper work after Jan . But is denying on it . Don’t trust finance guys here . I raised the complaint to Toyota on it for the bad customer experience. But I love sales team . Amanda who helped me always when I stop by at the showroom . She is the best . I don’t recommend Germain Toyota to any one due to bad finance team experience. More
Didnt get to talk to a technician, the guy at the counter was friendly but not a mechanic. Really no suggestions for a fix. They wanted another $500 minimum to open the timing cover, after i declined he to was friendly but not a mechanic. Really no suggestions for a fix.
