We recently moved to Ohio and needed a Toyota dealer for servicing my Our RAV4. From the first visit to Germain Toyota meeting Chris in service......to the next meeting of Austin (AJ) in Sales, I can not express how welcoming and accommodating these folks were. Never in our history of buying a new car, did we ever have such a warm, fast, and seamless experience! May I add, that although (out of Germain’s control), we had some hiccups with our new car, Germain Toyota’s staff went above and beyond to provide us ultimately a perfect outcome! These guys are are so attentive to the customer’s needs and .... we felt as if we were their only customer!!!! More

Truly look out for the customer. I bought my first Toyota with Germain and they did a great job helping my second. I had some issues with my last Toyota and they could have just said, I bought my first Toyota with Germain and they did a great job helping my second. I had some issues with my last Toyota and they could have just said, “that sucks for you good luck.” But they did not and went the extra mile for me. Thank you so much; Rich, Woody, Tom, and Omar! If you’re planning on buying a car make sure you ask for Omar! He is the best! He made sure that my car was warm for me and everything! Excellent service from an excellent rep! Tom did a great job on the finance side making sure that everything went seamless and had me out in record time! Woody and Rich were both world class as well. They were able to handle my issues and concerns and win me back over as a Germain customer! More
