After purchasing my vehicle, I returned 4 (FOUR) additional times to have issues fixed with the vehicle that should have been fixed before I initially drove it off the lot. The staff was happy to pay for all of the issues, but were not able to complete the fixes in 1 appointment. More

Great service department My new 2019 RAV4 with 1500 miles on it had a major problem with the all wheel drive system. This is a new system for the RAV4. The Germain Service Managers and technicians worked with Toyota to do all that it would take to identify and repair the problem correctly I was impatient however very pleased with their extreme efforts in the repair. Disorganized I recently purchased a truck from this dealer. I purchased the extended warranty with it. After a few days my parking sensor would keep beeping. I I recently purchased a truck from this dealer. I purchased the extended warranty with it. After a few days my parking sensor would keep beeping. I called the salesman who talked to service department and they said my sensor was dirty. So, off to the car wash I go. Well, that didn't fix it. So I called the dealer again and he says to bring it in. I brought it into the service department and they had no idea about me coming in. They fit it in but they wanted to charge me close to 700.00 for repairs. It turned into a big fiasco trying to explain that I purchased the extended warranty. It finally did get taken care of but I will NEVER bring my vehicle there again or purchase another vehicle from this dealer. More
Not to painful.. First experience with Germain at this location and the process was simple enough. Time will tell with the quality of the product I purchased which I will update if any issues arise. The associates are all very friendly and professional. Certainly not as "pushy" as some other dealerships I have experienced and responsive to requests. Not everything went as planned with the process and there were some bumps along the road, but nothing that Germain did not address or rectify. I interacted with many members of the team at Germain (Omar, Greg, Joe, Asher and Tanesha) All were pleasant enough and would be a reason to return. Tanesha was my rep and have nothing but compliments. I am borderline 5 stars for Germain but there were some areas to improve so they get 4. Tanesha gets a 5 as she did a great job for the role she has. More
