Disorganized I recently purchased a truck from this dealer. I purchased the extended warranty with it. After a few days my parking sensor would keep beeping. I I recently purchased a truck from this dealer. I purchased the extended warranty with it. After a few days my parking sensor would keep beeping. I called the salesman who talked to service department and they said my sensor was dirty. So, off to the car wash I go. Well, that didn't fix it. So I called the dealer again and he says to bring it in. I brought it into the service department and they had no idea about me coming in. They fit it in but they wanted to charge me close to 700.00 for repairs. It turned into a big fiasco trying to explain that I purchased the extended warranty. It finally did get taken care of but I will NEVER bring my vehicle there again or purchase another vehicle from this dealer. More

Time will tell with the quality of the product I purchased which I will update if any issues arise. The associates are all very friendly and professional. Certainly not as "pushy" as some other dealerships I have experienced and responsive to requests. Not everything went as planned with the process and there were some bumps along the road, but nothing that Germain did not address or rectify. I interacted with many members of the team at Germain (Omar, Greg, Joe, Asher and Tanesha) All were pleasant enough and would be a reason to return. Tanesha was my rep and have nothing but compliments. I am borderline 5 stars for Germain but there were some areas to improve so they get 4. Tanesha gets a 5 as she did a great job for the role she has. More

Sexist and demeaning "Salesman" I've held off writing this review in fear of backlash from Germain as I currently have a lease from this dealership. A few months ago I brought my I've held off writing this review in fear of backlash from Germain as I currently have a lease from this dealership. A few months ago I brought my family in to look for a new Camry. This is where we met Kenny. From the beginning of our sit down, Kenny went on some weird tirade about having a lot of money in the bank and not really needing to be a car salesman. All while making subtle but weird gestures toward my SO. Almost like he was making a terrible and pathetic attempt to hit on her... Right in front of myself and our children. When she (my SO) tried to ask about, you know, cars available rather than listen to whatever path of context he was geared towards, this is how that conversation went: My SO: Do you have any black camrys on the lot? Kenny: Maybe...why is black your choice? My SO: Because thats my choice? Kenny: Would you choose another color? My SO: No Kenny: (in a weird and demeaning duck face, I cant make this scrap up) "Whhyyy not?" This is where I intervened (as my SO was visibly shaking in anger at this point) and told Kenny that it's disrespectful to treat people in this manner and we left Germain Toyota shortly after. So from this experience combined with the terrible & dishonest "deal" they gave me on my lease (a little over 2 years ago), we're never stepping foot in Germain Toyota again. We're in the 21st century where women have the same rights to respect and dignity as everyone else. I could add more detail about my terrible leasing experience if anyone is interested? More
