The Best Part of a Bad Accident I bought a 2018 Camry Hybrid from Germain Toyota about six months ago. A little over one month ago, I was rear-ended by a huge SUV. I was okay, but th I bought a 2018 Camry Hybrid from Germain Toyota about six months ago. A little over one month ago, I was rear-ended by a huge SUV. I was okay, but the Camry was totaled. Going through an accident like that is stressful in many different aspects. Besides being able to walk away from the accident unhurt (high safety ratings is why I picked a Camry Hybrid in the first place), one of the other silver linings of the accident is knowing I had folks at the Germain Toyota dealership I could rely on to help set me up in another Camry Hybrid. I called Sean Kraft, who had sold me my 2018 Camry Hybrid six months before, a few weeks after my accident and got to sit down with him shortly after that to purchase a new 2019 Camry Hybrid. Sean remembered everything I had asked for and loved about my 2018 Camry and once again made the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. LukeEastwood did the same on the financing side, remembering all the necessary details from when I sat down with him all the way back in March. In short, instead of this feeling like a transaction, another errand on the long list of errands I have had to deal with since the accident, it felt like I was getting help from some friends. I would recommend Germain Toyota to anyone I know. More
